Users are prompted with a notification to complete their FeelNow at a different time daily and have the option to check when their friends have completed their emotional check-ins, while ensuring that individual emotions remain private. At the end of each week and month, users have access to visual representations of their emotional patterns through graphs, calendars, and other tools.
